You can begin to experience the joys of motherhood when through pregnancy. Many women find that with their extremely busy daily lives, they may need help getting pregnant, and will spend many days and nights being anxious over the issue. Spending time stressing over the situation won’t help at all, but learning about these tips on getting pregnant quickly can be quite productive.

1. Watch what you eat. Lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables, and milk are all beneficial foods to consume when trying to become pregnant.  Alternatively, you should avoid fats, and processed foods. Make sure you do not consume any alcohol what so ever.

2. Start taking vitamins. A great way to increase chance of getting pregnant is taking prenatal vitamins. Your partner can take them too.

3- Keep track of your monthly menstrual cycle and pick up a ovulation kit to know the perfect time to conceive. Prices of these ovulation kits typically start at $20 and up.

4- When the time is right to conceive, make sure the location is cool. If it’s too hot, the sperm can be damaged. If you are using hot baths to put yourselves in the mood, you need to find an alternative method of arousal.

5. Have intercourse in positions that optimize sperm flow through the vaginal canal. The best position to fertilize an egg is lie on your back with some pillows under you for support.

6- Don’t make it seem like work. You and your partner should be taking pleasure in your intimacy, not constantly be thinking about getting pregnant. The obsession with getting pregnant will lead to a less than great sexual experience, and subsequently, reduce your odds of becoming pregnant.
